About Us

Bhatia Builders & Developers is a second generation real estate development company based in Mumbai, delivering premium residential and commercial projects across the western suburbs.

We are looking for a strong CRM professional who can manage post sales operations, collections, and inventory tracking with high accuracy and ownership.

This is a revenue critical role, not a data entry position.

Role Overview

The candidate will independently manage the complete customer lifecycle from booking to possession, including demand generation, collections tracking, inventory updates, agreement coordination, and CRM accuracy.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollections & Demand Management

• Generate stage wise demand letters as per construction progress

• Track collections and outstanding payments

• Calculate delayed payment interest accurately

• Coordinate with accounts for receipt reconciliation

CRM & Data Management

• Maintain accurate booking data and payment schedules

• Ensure zero error entries in CRM

• Generate outstanding and collection reports

• Resolve CRM mismatches independently

Inventory Management

• Maintain real time inventory status for residential and commercial units

• Update sold, unsold, retained, and blocked inventory

• Coordinate with sales team for accurate availability

• Generate inventory MIS and stock reports

• Ensure no duplication or incorrect allocation of units

Customer & Legal Coordination

• Support agreement drafting and registration coordination

• Track documentation and registration status

• Handle customer queries related to payments and agreements

Reporting

• Daily collection report

• Weekly outstanding report

• Inventory movement report

• Interest calculation summary

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 7 years experience in real estate CRM

• Experience handling both residential and commercial projects

• Strong understanding of construction linked payment plans

• Experience managing inventory in CRM

• Hands on experience with CRM systems such as Zoho, Sell.Do, Odoo, Farvision etc

• Strong Excel knowledge

• Understanding of registration and basic RERA processes

• High accountability mindset and attention to detail
