About the Role:
The Salesforce CRM Analytics Sr/Lead Developer role is an important position within the Platform
Analytics team, involving the support and enhancement of Salesforce implementations for diverse clients
across industries.
Location: Hyderabad. This role requires an on-site presence, with no hybrid or remote work option.
Experience: 4-7 Years (with Minimum 4 Years of Relevant Experience)
Your Contribution:
- Collaborate with the CRM Analytics team to analyze and address business, functional, and technical
- requirements and issues
- Participate in project team meetings, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders
- Leverage strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics to envision and design solutions, provide
meaningful insights, and take a consultative approach with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, optimizing the use of the CRM
Analytics platform.
- Develop data flows, recipes, data sets, lenses, and dashboards to facilitate quick decision-making
- Perform data integration, connecting CRM Analytics to Salesforce and external systems
- Utilize hands-on experience with JSON and Intelligence within Einstein Analytics
- Assess and troubleshoot bugs and data discrepancies within the analytics platform
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics
- Proven expertise in analytical solutions
- Strong communication skills
- Strong experience in SQL/SAQL
- Proficiency in Dataprep/Recipe building
- Knowledge of CRMA Admin and Permissions
Good to have:
- Tableau experience will be a strong plus
- Dashboard Templatization is an add-on
- Datacloud exposure is an advantage
- Great to have explored Tableau next
- Knowledge of Einstein Discovery is a plus
- Background in any ETL tool is an add-on
- Knowledge of JavaScripting & Visual Studio is an add-on
