Hiring Locations: Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune

We are looking for a Senior CreoAutomation Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Creo Automation who can independently understand new product requirements, define the automation approach, support development, and handle customer-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand new customer products, design flow, configuration logic, and automation requirements.
Define the overall Creo automation workflow and technical approach for new projects.
Develop and support automation using Creo Parametric, Pro/PROGRAM, Drawing Programs, Relations, Parameters, Family Tables, Toolkit, J-Link, Web.Link, and Creo APIs.
Work on Part, Assembly, Drawing, BOM, and rule-based automation.
Guide the development team in implementing automation logic and resolving technical issues.
Review and validate automated CAD models, drawings, and project outputs.
Participate in pre-sales activities, requirement discussions, feasibility assessment, technical demonstrations, and solution presentations.
Interact directly with customers for requirement gathering, technical clarification, reviews, UAT, and project delivery.
Estimate effort and support preparation of technical scope for new automation opportunities.
Handle multiple automation projects and coordinate with internal teams and customers.

Required Skills:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in Design/CAD Automation, with strong hands-on exposure to Creo Automation.
Proven experience in automating 3D modelling, assemblies, drawings, BOMs, and engineering workflows.
Hands-on experience with Creo Toolkit, J-Link/Web.Link, Creo APIs, Pro/PROGRAM, Drawing Programs, Relations, Parameters, and Family Tables.
Experience in automation/customization of other CAD or engineering tools will be an added advantage.
Ability to understand a new product, its design process, configuration logic, and convert it into an automation solution.
Capable of independently defining automation architecture, workflow, design logic, and implementation approach.
Good programming/development capability to build and troubleshoot CAD automation solutions.
Experience in requirement gathering, feasibility study, effort estimation, technical discussions, and solution definition.
Ability to handle pre-sales activities, technical demonstrations, customer discussions, reviews, UAT, and project delivery.
Good understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing drawings, GD&T, and engineering standards.
Capable of independently owning automation projects from initial requirement to final deployment.
