Key Responsibilities:
- Managing preparation of monthly /weekly / fortnightly credit decks / PPTs as per prescribed formats
- Analytics & Monitoring work on the Portfolio (LAP / GECL / OTR / Bucket X / Delinquency KPIs / Early Mortality etc)
- Presentation of Monthly Review of the LAP Portfolio along with relevant cuts
- Responsible for timely preparation of various business MIS & Sharing with Various Stakeholders
- To ensure adherence to Company Culture Policy and Value based indicator manual & maintaining discipline and decorum. Ensure development of self and team on these parameters.
- To ensure adequate training / motivation and mentoring of team for them to do their roles efficiently
- Train sales and credit folks to ensure compliance to new digital initiatives / policies and process norms
- Give Inputs for designing and implementation of credit policies and do periodic reviews to keep the policy aligned to Industry
Seeking a Risk Strategist for the Credit–LAP function, who will be at the forefront of driving portfolio strategy, analytics, and policy decisions, while working closely with senior leadership to shape and strengthen the overall credit framework.
Desired Candidature:
- Education: Graduate/ MBA
- Work Experience: 4-8 years of experience in NBFCs/ Banks
- Primary Skill: Expertise in Data Analytics, Understanding of Lending Businesses (esp. Mortgages)
- Technical Skills: Understanding of software like Finnone, SFDC. Good in MS Excel, MS PPT and MS word.
- Management Skills: Team management skills & co-ordination with peers
- Soft Skills: Proficiency in spoken & written English & local language.
