Responsibilities

• Helping senior management in credit strategy and planning - creating long and short-term growth charts for all businesses for top and bottom line
• Leverage advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit strategies
• Assist in new product formation and new market exploration
• Analyze large volumes of customer data across a variety of digital tools like SQL to gain insight and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help to build credit risk decision strategies for retail lending with a unique value proposition
• Monitor portfolio as well as macroeconomic trends impacting loan performance. Drive adjustments to our underwriting and marketing strategies to mitigate risk

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in lending start-ups/ Fintech/ Neo bank with Strong analytical, numerical, research and problem solving skills
• B. Tech /B.E. from a premier institute
• Excellent with excel
• Hands on experience in using SQL, Python, Pandas, Jupyter
• Credit experience will be preferred

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
