Job Description

We are looking for a visionary and strategic Senior Creative Strategist to lead and shape impactful brand narratives across digital ecosystems. This role requires a strong blend of creative leadership, cultural awareness, and data-driven thinking. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and steering high-impact campaigns, mentoring teams, and ensuring that every creative output aligns with business objectives and audience insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of integrated, insight-driven creative and content strategies across digital platforms including social media, websites, paid media, email, and emerging channels.
  • Own campaign thinking from concept to execution shaping narratives that drive brand recall, engagement, and conversion.
  • Translate business objectives and market insights into compelling creative directions and brand storytelling frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide content, design, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive and breakthrough work.
  • Identify cultural shifts, consumer behavior trends, and platform innovations to keep brands ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, performance marketing, SEO, analytics, production) to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and brand voice consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize creative and strategic direction.
  • Present strategy and creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital strategy, brand planning, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, storytelling expertise, and measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, consumer journeys, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to merge cultural relevance with data-backed decision-making.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience managing or mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Passionate about trends, culture, and the evolving digital landscape.
