Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute brand and product marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and major sales events (Flipkart Big Billion Days, Amazon

Great India Festival, etc.).

Lead social media strategy and creative ideation to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including creator partnerships and campaign execution.

Conduct market and competitor research to develop insight-driven strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, design, product and sales teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and consumer insights.

Core Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in creative campaign ideation and execution.

Strong creative thinking paired with analytical and performance marketing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven strategy.

Demonstrated expertise in cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior, trends and competitive positioning.

Hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning and creative direction across platforms.

Experience in influencer marketing, including creator identification, campaign collaboration and performance

tracking.

Familiarity with modern AI tools for ideation, research and workflow optimization.
