Senior Creative Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor to lead the development of engaging visual content through motion graphics, animation, and video production. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality visual assets aligned with the brand's creative strategy. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in motion design tools, and a passion for storytelling through video and animation.

Skill / Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 814 years of experience in motion graphics, video production, animation, and creative design, with team leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other related tools.
• Good understanding of 2D/3D animation, storyboarding, sound design, and video editing workflows.

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute video and animation projects for marketing campaigns, product communication, social media, and internal branding initiatives.
• Lead the video and animation team, ensuring high-quality output, consistency in brand communication, and timely project delivery.
• Develop innovative motion design techniques, templates, and visual styles to enhance creative outputs.
• Create and maintain a library of reusable templates, animation assets, and video elements for efficient content production.
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Oversee the entire video production process, including storyboarding, animation, editing, sound design, and final delivery.
• Ensure all content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and project timelines.
