We are seeking a creative Digital Architect, not a template tinkerer. In our premium, design-focused environment, we demand engineers who go beyond standard theme customization to build visually striking, modern, award-winning agency-quality websites. This is NOT a typical WordPress theme customization role. We are specifically looking for someone with strong creative frontend engineering skills and an exceptional eye for modern design implementation.
What You'll Do
The developer must be able to:
- Modern Visual Implementation: Recreate modern layouts and interactions, build custom responsive frontend interfaces, and produce pixel-perfect implementations.
- Motion & Animation: Create smooth animations and transitions.
- Performance & Efficiency: Optimize for speed and SEO.
- CMS Integration: Integrate the frontend with WordPress CMS.
Project Inputs
You will receive the necessary strategy and assets to begin development, including:
- Design inspiration/reference websites
- Brand direction
- Content structure
- Business niche requirements
KPIs
The core focus of this role is on the technical and aesthetic quality of the output:
- Website Performance Score: Achieve and maintain industry-leading scores for speed and front-end optimization.
- Pixel-Perfect QA: Consistent, high-fidelity implementation that exactly matches design specifications.
- Aesthetic Quality: Delivery of premium, visually striking, and modern website experiences.
Requirements
- Core Experience: 3+ years of experience with modern creative frontend development.
- Required Skills:
- React
- Next.js
- Tailwind CSS
- TypeScript
- Responsive frontend development
- Strong UI/UX implementation skills
- Experience with Framer Motion or GSAP
- WordPress API integration
- Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
