Job Description

Creative Leadership & Vision

  • Define and lead the overall creative vision across all projects, events, festivals, and experiential campaigns
  • Build strong, innovative, and commercially viable concepts aligned with client objectives and brand strategy
  • Drive originality, innovation, and excellence across all creative outputs
  • Ensure consistency in storytelling, design language, and audience experience across all touchpoints

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage large cross-functional creative teams comprising:
  • Graphic Designers
  • 3D Space Designers
  • Conceptualizers
  • Copywriters
  • Visualizers
  • Creative Producers
  • Establish strong creative processes, review systems, and execution frameworks
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovation-driven creative culture
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development support to senior and junior team members

Concept Development & Execution

  • Oversee concept creation for:
  • Large-scale festivals
  • Brand launches
  • Experiential marketing campaigns
  • Conferences and summits
  • Luxury and lifestyle events
  • Sponsor integrations
  • IP-led events and properties
  • Ensure concepts are practical, scalable, and executable within timelines and budgets

Client & Business Engagement

  • Present creative pitches and strategic concepts to clients, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Participate actively in new business development and pitch processes
  • Understand client needs and translate briefs into impactful creative strategies
  • Build strong long-term client relationships through high-quality creative delivery

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Business Development
  • Production
  • Operations
  • Sponsorship Sales
  • Marketing & Communications
  • Brand Partnerships
  • Ensure creative ideas are aligned with execution feasibility and commercial objectives

Quality Control & Final Delivery

  • Review and approve all final creative outputs before execution
  • Maintain the highest standards across design, communication, spatial execution, and audience experience
  • Troubleshoot creative and execution challenges during planning and live event stages

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling skills
  • Expertise in experiential design and event-led brand communication
  • Strong understanding of spatial design, branding, and visual communication
  • Excellent presentation and client management skills
  • Commercial acumen with strong business understanding

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

Preferred Background

  • Proven experience in leading large creative teams in an Event Management Agency, Experiential Marketing Agency, Festival IP, or Media House
  • Strong portfolio of large-scale events and high-impact experiential campaigns
  • Experience working with premium brands, sponsors, and large-format productions
