Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage large cross-functional creative teams comprising:
- Graphic Designers
- 3D Space Designers
- Conceptualizers
- Copywriters
- Visualizers
- Creative Producers
- Establish strong creative processes, review systems, and execution frameworks
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovation-driven creative culture
- Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development support to senior and junior team members
Concept Development & Execution
- Oversee concept creation for:
- Large-scale festivals
- Brand launches
- Experiential marketing campaigns
- Conferences and summits
- Luxury and lifestyle events
- Sponsor integrations
- IP-led events and properties
- Ensure concepts are practical, scalable, and executable within timelines and budgets
Client & Business Engagement
- Present creative pitches and strategic concepts to clients, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Participate actively in new business development and pitch processes
- Understand client needs and translate briefs into impactful creative strategies
- Build strong long-term client relationships through high-quality creative delivery
Cross-Functional Collaboration
