Position-Senior Creative Brand Marketing Manager

Experience-6-9 years

Location-Noida Sec-63 (Hybrid model-minimum twice in a week)

The brief

We are hiring a Creative Brand Marketer for the Brand Marketing function at Damco Solutions. This is a mid-level, high-impact individual contributor role for someone who has built SaaS or B2B technology brands. You will take the full ownership of the creative and brand workstreams that shape how Damco reflects and shows up externally.

This is a dynamic role where you could help build new branded IPs, strategize new initiatives, build virtual roundtables, amplify brand recall through awards, strategize podcasts, suggest co-branding activations with partners and customers, build a community of influencers, drive PR & media with tier-1 publications, build executive thought leadership and support the marketing leadership and brand marketing leader in several brand-related initiatives.

What you'll own

  • Be the corporate brand eyes and ears and help in building Damco voice and positioning for technology services and several other categories in desired geographies such as the US, Europe, GCC, among others
  • Storytelling and content marketing across campaigns and creative assets from time to time
  • Develop integrated brand campaigns tied to corporate brand or service lines, company milestones, and market moments. Create snackable innovative forms of content assets and marketing assets such as brochures, whitepapers, videos, sales enablement presentations etc.
  • Drive new branded IPs and calendars that helps boost brand visibility and recall in target geographies
  • Drive virtual roundtables for several horizontal and verticals from concept and speaker curation to post-event content amplification
  • Branded webinars production including run-of-show, speaker coordination, promotional assets, and recap content
  • Drive executive thought leadership and opinion pieces in tier-1 publications such as Forbes or equivalent publications. Support researching relevant targeted media publications to boost brand visibility and awareness. Ensure taking full responsibility from briefing, drafting, editing, and distribution
  • Drive monthly newsletter with innovative themes and increase open rate and click rate
  • Participating in several brand awards maintaining the awards calendar, owning submissions end-to-end, coordinating with SMEs
  • Driving the executive podcast incl. format design, guest identification, episode production, and cross-channel distribution
  • B2B influencer activation and community building - identifying the right voices, building relationships, running co-creation programmes
  • Website programme management - coordinating content updates, page launches, and cross-team workflows
  • PR coordination - working alongside the PR owner and agency to generate and amplify media placements
  • Ensuring all outgoing brand assets clear the quality bar before going live, making sure governance is strictly followed and percolated across organization.

  • Establishment of Damco brand internally and externally
  • Engagement of internal and external audience on several of Damco's New IP / Initiative
  • People know what we have achieved internally and externally
  • Recall and long-term Damco-brand value in the tech circle

Who you are

You are someone at the intersection of engineering rigour and razor-sharp creativity. You can be precise and data-aware, and also dream up a campaign idea that no one in B2B tech has done before. Specifically:

  • Storyteller at heart
  • You have 6–8 years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or integrated marketing at a SaaS or B2B technology company
  • You think in campaigns, not just content pieces — you see the idea, the angle, the moment, and the amplification plan simultaneously
  • You are a strong writer and editor — you can draft a Forbes article, write a punchy event theme, and produce a crisp webinar agenda without them sounding like the same voice
  • You are self-started and result-oriented — you track your own outcomes, flag blockers early, and don't wait to be told what to do next
  • You have strong aesthetic sensibility and are comfortable briefing and directing design teams
  • You have managed or produced live events, webinars, or roundtables and know how to make them feel premium
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can operate without a fully defined playbook

What you bring

  • Working knowledge of AI-native technologies, product engineering, cloud infrastructure, or application modernization
  • Experience with B2B influencer or community programmes
  • Exposure to analyst relations or working with research firms (Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
  • Experience producing or co-hosting executive podcasts
  • Familiarity with brand measurement frameworks and marketing attribution
  • Prior experience in a services company (IT services, consulting, BPO) in addition to product/SaaS background

Bonus

  • You've worked in IT services, enterprise SaaS, or a B2B firm selling to CTOs / CIOs
  • You made a public brand — positioned it, scaled it, voiced it, increased the SoV
  • You've worked across India + US markets
