Job Title: CPG Trace One Devex Consultant

Job location: Bangalore/Pune/Kolkata/Hyderabad/Chennai

Experience: 10 +Years

Must-Have:

• Strong experience in TraceOne DevEx PLM platform (configuration & implementation)

• Expertise in:

• Workflow configuration and approval processes

• Product data management and version control

• Compliance and regulatory modules

• Hands-on experience with Integration (ERP / LIMS / PLM ecosystems) APIs / middleware / data synchronization

• Exposure to analytics, reporting, and dashboards within PLM

• Understanding of master data governance and lifecycle data structures

• Other CPG Retail PLM platform knowledge like FlexPLM, Centric, SAP PLM etc.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

• Drive end-to-end solution ownership for Traceone Devex capabilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate R&D and quality requirements into Devex configurations and functional designs

• Act as a senior techno-functional consultant for Trace One Devex across requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and delivery phases.

• Support integration discussions with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., ERP, LIMS, PLM landscape).

• Ensure adherence to CPG best practices, standard data models, and performance considerations.
