Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Counselor role for International Admissions, located in Mumbai. The Senior Counselor will engage with prospective students, providing expert guidance on university selection, course recommendations, and career planning. They will manage the end-to-end admission process, including document preparation, visa facilitation, and travel arrangements. Additionally, the role involves conducting counseling sessions, coordinating with international university partners, and ensuring a seamless admission experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Knowledge of international education systems, university programs, and admission processes
• Proficiency in client relationship management and documentation processes
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple applications efficiently
• Experience in study-abroad counseling or related fields is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related discipline
