Role Overview
We are hiring high-potential sales professionals from outside Delhi NCR who bring fresh market perspectives and can drive enrollments through strong counseling and conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with assigned leads via calls and CRM
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
- Conduct effective video counselling sessions
- Drive end-to-end conversion (lead to enrolment)
- Maintain CRM hygiene and timely follow-ups
- Achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be currently based outside Delhi NCR
- No prior work experience in NCR
- Open to relocation to Noida
- 2+ years experience in EdTech / B2C Sales / Study Abroad
- Minimum 1 year stability in last role
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Proven track record of target achievement
