Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Counsellor (B2B) role based in Mumbai. The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for mentoring and consulting clients, building and maintaining relationships with external partners, and facilitating communication between students and universities. Key tasks include assessing client needs, providing customized solutions, and supporting successful application processes. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving strategic business goals.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in counseling, career guidance, and mentoring
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to strategize and create tailored solutions for client needs
Prior experience in education counseling, B2B consulting, or a related field is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing client databases
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; Advanced degree is a bonus
High levels of professionalism, organization, and time management skills
Willingness to work in an on-site role based in Mumbai
