We are looking for a Cost Management Specialist with strong experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight within data center projects. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in project cost tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cashflows
- Track actual vs planned costs and analyze variances
- Support project teams in cost planning and procurement control
- Prepare MIS and executive reports for senior management
- Assist in risk identification and cost optimization strategies
- Experience: 512 years in data center project cost management / project controls
- Strong skills: Budgeting, cost control, reporting, and financial analysis
- Preferred: Exposure to CEO/MD office reporting or senior leadership communication
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
