Role Summary
The Senior Copywriter owns brand voice across performance, product, and content touchpoints. This role blends sharp copywriting with campaign thinking simplifying complex financial concepts into clear, engaging, and high-performing communication across formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative concepting for brand, social, and performance campaigns across multiple formats.
- Own and evolve brand voice and tone across ads, website, product, email, social, and campaigns.
- Write high-impact copy for performance marketing (ads, landing pages, email journeys, push notifications)
- Conceptualize and script video content including product explainers, and brand stories
- Translate complex financial concepts into simple, user-friendly narratives without overwhelming users
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Growth, and Compliance teams for accurate and compliant communication.
- Edit, proofread, and maintain a high quality bar across all written output
- Use performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement) to iterate and optimise copy
- Research market trends, competitors, and user behaviour to strengthen messaging relevance
Requirements
- 35 years of copywriting experience (fintech, B2B SaaS, agency, or digital-first brands preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance-led and brand-driven copy
- Proven experience writing across short-form and long-form formats
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proficiency in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)
