Job Description

We're Hiring: Senior Copywriter (Marketer First, Writer Second)

Most copywriters are obsessed with clever puns, rhyming sentences, and winning creative awards. We don't care about any of that.

We are looking for a lethal Copywriter who is a marketer and psychologist at their core. We need someone who can sell ice to an Eskimo, not by tricking them, but by deeply understanding human desire, friction, and buying behavior. You must know how to translate complex value propositions into hard-hitting copy that converts.

What You'll Be Doing (The Real Work):
  • Psychology-Driven Persuasion: You will write to sell. You understand exactly what makes a customer tick, what keeps them up at night, and what exact words will push them over the edge to buy.
  • The Full Arsenal (Short & Long Form): From punchy, 3-second Meta ad hooks to 2,000-word high-converting landing pages and automated email flows—you own the written word across the entire funnel.
  • Directing DVCs: You will script Digital Video Commercials (DVCs) that don't just look cinematic but actually drive massive direct response and ROAS.
  • Pitch Decks That Close: You know how to structure a narrative for the boardroom. You will build highly persuasive, structurally sound pitch decks that command attention and drive action.
  • Thriving in the Chaos: Startups and scaling brands get messy. When the day is on fire and deadlines are imploding, you don't wait for a brief. You are smart enough to step in, figure out what needs to be done, and pull the deliverables across the finish line independently.
Who You Are:
  • You have battle scars from working with both agile D2C brands and slow-moving industry giants. You know how to adapt your voice to fit either.
  • You read Ogilvy, Halbert, and Schwartz. You understand that a headline's only job is to get the first sentence read.
  • You are relentlessly autonomous. You don't need hand-holding, micromanagement, or perfect conditions to produce elite work.
  • You check your ego at the door. If a dumb piece of copy out-converts your masterpiece in an A/B test, you celebrate the data and adapt.
