Key Responsibilities
- Write compelling performance copy for paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces).
- Create high-converting scripts for short-form videos, reels, and UGC-style content.
- Develop sharp hooks, headlines, CTAs, and value propositions aligned to brand tone.
- Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and performance marketers to deliver winning creatives.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimise copy based on CTR, CVR, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
- Adapt brand messaging across funnels awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Stay updated on D2C, beauty, skincare, and digital trends.
What We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience in performance / growth copywriting (D2C preferred).
- Strong understanding of ad psychology, consumer behaviour, and conversion triggers.
- Proven ability to write concise, persuasive, scroll-stopping copy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or FMCG is a big plus.
