Job Description
Expanding programmatic interventions through digital technologies
- Oversee, manage, and continuously enhance Org's digital technologies, including the helpline and chatbot services, to ensure seamless and high-quality user interactions.
- Identify and drive opportunities to expand the user base of Org's digital technologies.
- Provide oversight and support to the agencies managing the operations of the digital technologies ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and monitor the user data of the org digital technologies on a regular basis, and share assessments with the teams
- Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements and identify opportunities to implement them in our digital platforms.
Implementing projects on abortion
- Coordinate the implementation of projects designed to improve experiences of individuals in their abortion journey.
- Monitor the quality of the implementation and share progress (including deviations with the team) on a regular basis.
- Support in the documentation of project progress and updates
Networking and strategizing for improved program outcomes
- Work closely with external consultants and partners on assignments, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Network with other relevant organizations to advance org's connections, including representing org in external meetings.
- Work with the leadership team to advance org's work around the abortion eco-system.
- Undertake scoping work for new projects and work with teams on special projects.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in planning and implementation of digital/technology based projects to support program outreach and delivery.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English and Hindi.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
