Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather contract requirements and provide guidance on contract terms.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to completion, including amendments and renewals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies related to contracts.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff regarding contract management processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive contract database and ensure proper documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in contract management or legal services.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
