Senior Contract Migration Specialist

Job Description

• Manage multiple projects for contract migration
• Leads Discovery Sessions for Contract Migration
• Understand current location of files and associated metadata
• Abstract mandatory fields from Contracts
• Load Contracts and related documents establishing proper structure (parent-child/related documents)
• Conducts User Acceptance Testing with Client migrated contracts
• Logs and resolves migration/abstraction related issues
• Pre-upload and post upload review and quality check for contracts

Requirements

• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience with Contract Review
• Good knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law preferred
• Familiarity with Legal Project Management and Ticketing Software Tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship builder and problem solver
• Excellent client-facing skills and focus on customer service
• Well Verse with actual data upload activity
