Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Proven experience ( 5 - 8 years) in contracts administration and billing within the real estate or construction industry.
Familiarity with construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT) and legal documentation.
Strong knowledge of financial management and project cost control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Desirable Skills:
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS).
Experience with ERP or financial management software.
Knowledge of local building codes, real estate laws, and regulations.
