Job Description

Department: Project Management

Location: BKC, Bandra

Reports to: DGM Projects

Budget : upto 20-22 LPA

Job Purpose:

  1. Responsible for managing the contractual processes, financial transactions, and billing for real estate development projects.
  2. The role involves ensuring timely preparation of bills, monitoring project budgets, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. T
  3. his position requires strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and understanding of legal frameworks in construction and real estate development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Proven experience ( 5 - 8 years) in contracts administration and billing within the real estate or construction industry.

Familiarity with construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT) and legal documentation.

Strong knowledge of financial management and project cost control.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Desirable Skills:

Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS).

Experience with ERP or financial management software.

Knowledge of local building codes, real estate laws, and regulations.
