Position Summary:
- We are looking for aSenior Contracts Executivebased inIndiato support contract management activities related to ourUS-based MSP staffing operations.
- This role will focus on reviewing, redlining, and managing a variety of contracts including Master Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, and Statements of Work.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, familiarity with the US staffing industry, and proven experience handlingMSP/VMS client contracts.
- This position requires working closely with US stakeholders and may involve working during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Review & Negotiation Support:
- Review, redline, and summarize key terms in contracts such as:
- MSAs (Master Service Agreements)
- SOWs (Statements of Work)
- NDAs, Addendums, Amendments
- Subcontractor and Vendor Agreements
- Support the US legal/commercial team in drafting and responding to contractual changes.
- Highlight legal, commercial, and operational risks and propose suitable fallback positions.
MSP/VMS Compliance & Coordination:
- Support contract execution and compliance within MSP programs andVMS platforms(e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, Simplify VMS).
- Review and maintain adherence to client-specific onboarding, background checks, SLA requirements, and insurance obligations.
- Track and escalate high-risk or non-standard contract terms to US legal teams or leadership.
Stakeholder & Documentation Management:
- Collaborate with India and US teams across Sales, Delivery, HR, and Legal to coordinate contract lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all executed contracts and related correspondence in the central contract repository.
- Monitor contract renewals, expirations, and compliance deadlines.
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare summaries and contract risk reports for internal use.
- Communicate effectively with US counterparts to ensure alignment on key contract terms and updates.
- Support internal audits and documentation reviews related to client and vendor agreements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- 47 years of experiencein contract management, preferably supportingUS staffing or MSP/VMS clients.
- Independent Contractor Vetting Experience is must.
- Experience in global contracts is considered an asset.
- Understanding of US contract law, employment classifications and staffing models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work inUS time zone(Eastern).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with US-based clients inMSP/VMS environments.
- Familiarity with tools likeAdobeSign,Sharepoint, or other CLM tools.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and insurance/compliance documentation.
- Previous experience in a shared services or offshore legal/compliance team supporting the US market.
