About the Role
Newton School of Technology (NST) is seeking a talented Senior Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll craft powerful, conversion-driven stories that define our brand voice, attract students, and deepen engagement across every platform. Your words will shape how thousands of learners experience NST—turning our vision of hands-on, industry-ready education into compelling narratives that inspire action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content for websites, blogs, and long-form assets.
• Craft persuasive scripts, emailers, WhatsApp messages, and CRM communication to boost engagement and conversion.
• Write performance-oriented ad copy for digital marketing campaigns.
• Create storytelling-rich social media content, including posts, reels, and campaign copy tailored for student communities.
• Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and academic teams to ensure unified messaging and tone.
• Conduct research and interviews to produce accurate, student-focused content.
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance search ranking and content performance.
• Analyze performance insights to iterate, refine, and optimize content strategy.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• 7– 8 years of proven experience in content writing, ideally in edtech, tech, or high-growth startup contexts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across long-form, short-form, and marketing copy formats.
• Exceptional written communication skills with an eye for clarity, persuasion, and tone.
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels, user behavior, and engagement journeys.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
• Strong storytelling, collaboration, and conceptualization abilities.
• Proficient in English; Hindi fluency is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO tools and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Strong research and ideation capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and consistency.
