Senior Content Writer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Writer with 5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Pune.

The ideal candidate will be a strong content writing professional with IT technology experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

This is primarily a Content Writing role, not a pure SEO role.

We are not looking for candidates whose primary experience is in Technical SEO, Link Building, SEO Analytics, or SEO Operations.

Important: We are looking for candidates currently based in Pune. Please apply only if you are locally available in Pune.

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Monday – Friday). Candidates must be comfortable commuting to and from the office independently and within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, well-researched content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, videos, infographics, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing assets.
• Research IT, technology, and industry-related topics and convert complex concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content.
• Develop compelling headlines, website copy, blogs, articles, thought leadership content, and marketing communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders to develop and execute content strategies.
• Plan and manage content calendars and deliver content within defined timelines.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, grammar, and brand alignment.
• Review and improve existing content to enhance quality, engagement, and readability.
• Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices while developing content.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in Content Writing / Copywriting / Content Marketing.
• Strong experience in IT, Technology, SaaS, or IT Services content.
• Excellent command of written English, grammar, vocabulary, and tone.
• Strong research, storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven experience writing long-form and short-form content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional content writing experience.
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, search intent, and on-page SEO.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple content projects.
