Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Optimization
Write and edit high-quality, search-optimized content that balances readability, authority, and conversion goals.
Refresh and optimize existing content based on SEO audits, ranking trends, and performance data.
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) to support research, outlining, ideation, and workflow efficiency while ensuring content quality and originality.
Evaluate and refine AI-assisted outputs to maintain brand voice, factual accuracy, and editorial integrity.
Explore and integrate AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization platforms to improve content performance.
Mentor junior writers and provide editorial guidance, SEO best practices, and content feedback.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with SEO specialists, digital marketers, and designers to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Align content with brand messaging, conversion goals, and overall marketing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in SEO content writing, content marketing, or editorial roles.
Strong expertise in on-page SEO, keyword research, search intent, and SERP analysis.
Proven experience creating high-ranking blog content, pillar pages, and long-form authority articles.
Experience using AI tools for content research, ideation, and productivity while maintaining editorial oversight.
