Job Description:

We are looking for Senior Content Writer resources with the following skills and responsibilities:

Role Summary

We need a content professional who can independently plan, produce, and deliver marketing content assets (written, video, static) on a consistent schedule, follow direction from leadership without requiring repeated correction, and operate with minimal oversight

Must-Have Qualifications

Excellent content writing skills — proven ability to write clear, polished copy for social, one-pagers, and campaign assets, with writing samples required as part of the application.

Content calendar ownership — demonstrated experience building and maintaining a content calendar from scratch, not just executing one handed to them.

Video and dynamic asset production — hands-on experience creating or directing video content and dynamic/interactive assets, or a documented willingness and aptitude to be trained quickly (with a track record of fast skill pickup).

Static asset design — experience producing one-pagers and similar static collateral, either directly or via close collaboration with design.

Experience working with US-based teams/stakeholders — required. Resumes must show prior roles involving direct collaboration with US colleagues, clients, or leadership (time zone overlap, communication norms, approval workflows).

Event/campaign content turnaround — experience producing timely content tied to live events or industry moments (e.g., conferences, summits), on tight deadlines.

Delivery Frequency — Ability to deliver content on a daily basis based on a plan.

Critical Behavioral Requirements

Follows direction as given. Candidate should have examples of executing a leader's stated priorities — not reinterpreting or deprioritizing them based on their own judgment of what the role should be.

Self-directed follow-through.

Able to take an assignment, an example, or reference material provided by a manager and turn it into finished output without needing repeated prompting or reminders.

Proactive status communication. Flags blockers, delays, or if others are pulling them into additional work outside their core priorities — before it affects deliverables, not after.

Coordinates approvals independently. Can manage a consistent process for routing content to approvers and closing the loop, without leadership having to drive it.

High output capacity. Comfortable owning a full content pipeline (social + written + video + static) simultaneously, not just one content type.
