What Youll Do:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into powerful narratives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and research to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Apply SEO best practices to boost visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across all touchpoints.
- Own the content process end-to-end from ideation and writing to final approvals.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
- Partner with design to bring content to life visually (infographics, eBooks, etc.).
- Review and refine content from others, offering constructive feedback.
- Use analytics to measure impact and fine-tune content strategy.
- Guide and mentor junior writers, elevating team output and quality.
What You Bring:
- 412 years of content experience in the IT industry.
- A Bachelors in English, Journalism, Marketing, or similar (Masters a plus).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with experience in writing for varied formats and audiences.
- Strong SEO know-how and content performance analysis skills.
- Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate in a fast-paced, agile team.
