Key Responsibilities:

● Content Development: Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for various digital platforms including blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns.

● Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with client goals and marketing objectives.

● Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines.

● SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

● Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and authority.

● Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content writers, helping them improve their writing skills and understanding of content strategy.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas.

● Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.

● Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

● Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their content needs, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Experience: 2-5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related field.

● Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published content.

● SEO Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them in content creation.

● Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and present information in an engaging and authoritative manner.

● Creativity: A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content innovation.

● Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in writing and editing.

● Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of writers.

● Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

● Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
