We are looking for a high-caliber Technology Content Writer who can translate complex technology, digital transformation themes, and enterprise services into clear, compelling, and business-first content. The ideal candidate combines storytelling, research depth, and an understanding of the B2B technology landscape to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and executive-level engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop high-quality, original content across formatsblogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, website copy, video scripts, and social content.
- Write long-form and short-form content aligned to enterprise tech themes: Cloud, AI/GenAI, data, digital engineering, managed services, platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data & Strategy, and industry-specific solutions.
- Create thought-leadership pieces supporting analysts and leadership viewpoints.
- Generate press releases, partner announcements, and go-to-market narratives for alliances
Research & Insights
- Convert complex technical input from SMEs, product teams, and consultants into market-ready, easy-to-understand content.
- Conduct industry research to benchmark competitor messaging, trends, and best practices across global tech service companies.
- Maintain content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand voice and positioning.
High Conversion Campaign Messaging
- Support campaign-based content for demand generation, Analyst Relations, ABM, and sales-enablement initiatives.
- Must have worked on full-funnel campaign content, and high conversion copies across content formats- Microsite, lead hooks, case studies, Thought paper, landing pages & microsite journeys
- Work closely with SMEs (solution architects, consulting leads, delivery heads) to translate technical complexity into accessible content
- Optimize content for SEO, discoverability, and website performance using best-practice guidelines.
- Manage content calendars, workflows, and version controls for structured content operations including Social Media channels
Primary Content
- Whitepapers, Analyst response content, Case studies, Solution narratives, Product/service positioning documents
Derived Content (Promotional)
- Emailers (sales + marketing), Ads and performance-marketing copy, Short videos & scriptwriting, Landing page copy, Social media posts, Event promotion copy, Infographics & data stories
Must Have
- 10 + years of experience in content writing within technology, IT services, software, SaaS, digital transformation, or consulting environments.
- Understanding of cloud, AI, enterprise IT, applications, cybersecurity, data platforms, and emerging tech.
- Must have academics in Technology (B Tech, M Tech, Bsc, Certificate in technology field only)
- Must have Worked in BFSI Industry
- Experience working with global markets (US, Canada)
- Exposure to B2B campaign content lifecycleawareness to conversion.
