Senior content strategist

What You'll Do

• Lead content strategy and campaign planning for multiple brands and corporate clients simultaneously

• Represent Social Shosha in client strategy meetings, presenting ideas and campaign direction with confidence

• Build content calendars, platform strategies, and campaign frameworks that brand managers execute against

• Prepare and present pitch decks and strategic proposals for new client onboarding

• Join founder-level meetings for new client acquisition, contributing strategic and creative input

• Review and audit content delivered by brand managers to ensure it aligns with strategy and brand guidelines

• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm shifts, and content formats across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

• Report directly to the Director on strategy performance, client feedback, and campaign direction

• Guide and mentor brand managers on strategic intent, without owning day-to-day execution for any single account

What We're Looking For

• 4-7+ years of experience in content strategy, social media strategy, or brand strategy — agency experience strongly preferred

• Proven track record managing and curating campaigns for corporate and branded clients

• Strong command of the social media landscape — platform nuances, content trends, engagement drivers

• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading meetings independently

• Experience building pitch decks and strategic narratives for new business

• Ability to think at a campaign/strategy level while giving clear, actionable direction to execution teams

• A sharp eye for reviewing and critiquing content against brand and strategic standards

• Strong organizational skills to juggle strategy across multiple clients without hands-on execution

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance marketing or paid social strategy

• Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and production workflows

• Prior experience pitching to corporate or real estate/retail clients
