We're expanding our core strategy team at Dreamcrest Studios ,A place where brand thinking, creative systems, and performance-driven content come together to build brands with intention.

We're looking for someone who can translate ideas into clear brand narratives, build content frameworks that convert, and drive measurable growth across platforms.

What You'll Do:

Lead cross-platform content strategy

Build brand narratives, positioning & storytelling systems

Develop growth funnels, performance campaigns & optimisation plans

Work closely with Brand Strategy, Social Media, Design & Performance teams

Use data, insights & audience psychology to guide creative decisions

Who You Are:

3+ years in content strategy or brand strategy

Strong understanding of brand behaviour, content frameworks & messaging systems

A hybrid thinker ,creative, strategic, analytical

Experience with campaign narratives, brand positioning, and digital ecosystems

Someone who brings structure, clarity, and outcome-driven thinking
