Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own end-to-end content planning and strategy for client Instagram growth:plan content calendars,research trends + audience insights, andideate high-performing scriptsfor shoots acrossUGC Reels, founder-led reels, and product/lifestyle shootstaking full ownership from concept hooks shoot-ready script/shot list, with a sharp understanding ofvisual, text, and sound hooksand what drivesviews, watch-time, followers, and engagementon Instagram.

2. Design and implement creative marketing content to grow followers, increase views and create engagement for multiple brands under the agency

Develop and manage comprehensive monthly content calendars, ensuring a strategic mix of content types and posting schedules.

3. Content Strategy Formulation:

Craft tailored content strategies for each client, focusing on impactful social media presence and continuous adaptation to trends.

Produce engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, including reels, stories, and posts that resonate with target audiences.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.

4. Ad Copy and Creative Support:

Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team on creatives for paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta ads or google video ads

5. Cross-Functional Teamwork:

Collaborate closely with creative designers, co-founders, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Contribute to outdoor and indoor brand shoots, providing creative direction and execution.

Influencer Partnership Management:

Identify and manage collaborations with influencers that align with client brands to enhance content reach and impact.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to track engagement metrics and content reach.

Provide regular reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and strategic insights to stakeholders.

7. Desired Skills and Experience:

Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts and enhancing social media engagement.

Experience in a marketing agency setting, particularly in digital marketing or content creation.

Proficiency in performance marketing and managing ads on platforms such as Meta and Google AdWords is a plus

KPI -

Performance-led Content Strategy:Deliver a monthly Instagram content strategy per client (pillars, formats, hook plan) that drives measurable MoM growth in views, engagement, and followers.

Advance Planning:Lock and share the full content calendar7 days in advancewith shoot plan, posting schedule, and deliverables for each client.

Scripts + Hooks Output:Write shoot-ready reel scripts weekly with strongvisual/text/sound hooks(minimum 23 hook options per reel) aligned to Instagram retention.

Shoot Ownership:Plan and execute UGC/founder/product shoots end-to-end (shot list + script + hook plan) and ensure all planned hooks are captured on-ground.

On-Time Delivery:Maintain95%+ on-time deliveryof content by coordinating briefs, timelines, and approvals with the design/editing team.

Instagram Growth Metrics:Drive consistent improvement inReels views, watch time, saves/shares, and follower growthacross client accounts (tracked weekly, improved MoM).

Ecommerce Impact:IncreaseInstagram-driven website sessions and organic salesfor D2C clients through conversion-focused content series + clear CTAs/UTMs.

Creative Testing:Run weekly content experiments (new hooks, formats, angles) and scale what works based on performance data.

Reporting & Optimization:Share a simple weekly performance report (top posts, learnings, next actions) and optimize strategy based on insights.
