Role Description

Design static and motion assets: carousels, event posters, reels, animations, launch decks

Edit videos and reels for events, brand campaigns, and social media

Create 3D scenes, animations, and renders using Blender

Support internal/external teams with visuals for workshops, presentations, and partner events

Edit and enhance basic audio content (for podcasts, reels, or voiceovers)

Maintain visual consistency across DDL Labs branding and digital presence

Qualifications

Must be a graduate (any discipline; Design or Multimedia background preferred)

Minimum 1 year of design or media production experience (freelance or full-time)

Proficient in:

• Photo Editing: Adobe Photoshop / Affinity Photo / GIMP
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro / Filmora
• Audio Editing: Adobe Audition / Reaper / Descript / Audacity
• 3D Animation: Blender (must-have) for modeling, lighting, animation & rendering

Strong visual aesthetic and design sensibility (colors, layout, transitions, typography)
