Our client is an Indian edtech powerhouse. We are looking for professionals who is working as a Knowledge Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Pipeline Management: Own the content production lifecycle from request to deployment. Create and manage detailed schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Resource & People Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal SMEs, freelance content creators, and external translation/localization vendors.
- Vendor Operations: Source, onboard, and manage external agencies and freelancers. Negotiate rates, manage budgets, and ensure strict adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement efficient workflows using project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar) to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and report on throughput.
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Collaborate with the Learning Design and QA teams to ensure all deliverables meet our pedagogical and technical standards before going live.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for content status. Provide clear, data-driven updates to Product Managers, Engineering, and Leadership regarding risks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze operational metrics (velocity, error rates, cost-per-unit) to identify opportunities, issues, and areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in project management, content operations, or delivery management, preferably within an EdTech, Publishing, or Media environment.
