Webex Contact Center - scripting and API integration and development
-Google Dialogflow and AI - building IVR agents and integrating with 3rd party CRMs/systems
-Software development skills - proven and experienced with them being an expert or senior in one of the following (C#, Java, Python) and senior in web development & web security (HTML/javascript are given)
-UCCE/CVP - senior level scripting/configuration and custom development
