Role Description:
Designing, delivering, and orchestrating state-of-the-art leadership development is at the heart of this Consultant position. Not only does this role afford ample opportunity to hone client management skills, but it also provides a highly collaborative environment for quickly expanding one's consulting expertise across leadership levels and capabilities. The position emphasizes integration of assessment and development methodologies to solve an extremely wide array of market and customer challenges.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Technical Leadership:
Leverage strong business acumen and analysis skills to incorporate client business context into solution design and/or implementation
Create assessment and development solutions for end client delivery
Client Management & Delivery:
Manage client project teams to ensure timeline execution, service profitability and resource optimization
Lead client and internal project team resources to overcome constraints via innovative partnering and problem solving
Establishing project team role expectations while managing other's project performance
Business Development:
Provide subject matter expertise in client proposals and presentations
Partner with account owners to understand and execute the account expansion strategy
Relevant Qualifications
Advanced degree related to the field of human resources (e.g., I/O psychology, organization development, human resources) and at least 10 years of relevant Development consulting or L&D experience
Experience with web-based applications of learning technologies and/or assessment tools
Experience in applying any one or a combination of learning and development, organizational development and assessment technology solutions in a business environment
Experience in competency management and framework creation and mapping
