Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for a Senior Consulting Analyst. The role involves conducting in-depth agricultural research and analysis to create actionable insights and sustainable farming strategies for clients. The Analyst will also collaborate with stakeholders, design project implementation plans, and assess outcomes to ensure continuous improvement. Engaging directly with farmers, consulting on best practices, and providing strategic recommendations will be key responsibilities. Additionally, the role requires contributing to the development and execution of business strategies for enhancing agricultural productivity and rural development.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, data management, and the ability to interpret complex agricultural research findings effectively
- Proficiency in strategic planning, project implementation, and advising on sustainable agricultural practices
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration abilities
- Sound knowledge of agro-industry operations and emerging trends in agriculture and eco-tourism
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Experience in consulting roles, especially in agriculture or sustainability-focused industries
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills to address client needs and drive impactful results
