Atleast 7+ yrs of Oracle HCM expertise in the Technical space
Working experience in Fast Formulas accross multiple modules (Compensation / Payroll / OTL)
Should have a strong understanding of OIC components & capabilities.
Knowledge of Integration frameworks offered by SaaS applications.
Reporting and Analytics: Strong skills in designing and developing reports and dashboards using tools like Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or other reporting tools within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
Good understanding of integration Security and Oracle Offering.
Job Profile
Design, development, and maintenance of Fast Formula for Compensation, Payroll and Time Labor and Interfaces to/from Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Development for OIC integrations
HDL and HSDL expertise for HCM-related objects
Knowledge of HCM Extract
Write efficient, reusable, and stable code for complex application logic.
Develop and maintain functional and technical design documentation.
Troubleshoot incidents reported by end-users, escalating where necessary to schedule system changes, and discussing resolutions with end-users to arrive at a permanent solution.
Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support.
Interact with Various stakeholders to gather requirements.
Create project artifacts including functional design, technical design and test scripts.
Design, and develop APIs for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Design and develop extensions within Oracle cloud.
Plan, analyze and test quarterly/monthly updates from Oracle.
