Role Overview
In an agent-first pod, quality is the harness. You design the automated feedback loops that tell Claude
Code agents whether their output is correct contract tests, parity checks, load benchmarks, and E2E
suites. Your test infrastructure is what makes the agents trustworthy. You use Claude Code to generate
and maintain test suites, Claude Desktop for exploratory analysis, and Cowork for test-reporting artefacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design load and performance tests (Locust, k6, Azure Load Testing) to confirm Azure meets
AWS baseline SLAs
- Use Cowork to produce test-coverage dashboards and migration-parity reports for stakeholders
You Bring
- 3+ years QA / SDET experience with Pytest, Jest, or similar
- Strong API testing skills (contract testing, schema validation)
- Playwright or equivalent E2E framework experience
- Familiarity with Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Cowork for agent-assisted test generation
