# Job Description – Frontend Developer (JavaScript & XSLT)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Frontend Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and XSLT. The ideal candidate should possess excellent logical and analytical thinking, take ownership of assigned tasks, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

## Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance frontend applications using JavaScript and XSLT.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks while maintaining coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential improvements.
  
  

## Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+ preferred).
• Good working knowledge of XSLT and XML transformations.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, DOM manipulation, and browser compatibility.
• Experience with debugging and problem-solving in frontend applications.
