Job Opportunity: Senior Java Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Oracle, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Application Development, along with a solid foundation in software engineering principles and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and enterprise-grade applications.
• Build robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Design and implement Microservices-based architectures and event-driven applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical standards, best practices, and architectural decisions.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 9 years of proven experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and Data Structures.
• Experience developing Cloud-Native Applications and Event-Driven Services.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Deep understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) concepts and database design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed system design principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

DevOps & CI/CD Expertise

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with build and deployment tools such as:
• Maven
• Gradle
• Jenkins
• Docker
• OpenShift
• Familiarity with source code management and version control systems such as Git.

AI & Innovation Focus

• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency and software quality.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven solutions into the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives by leveraging modern engineering and AI-enabled development practices.
