FenX Configuration & Delivery
Configure FenX components including data models, rules, workflows, policies, journeys, risk models, and adapters in line with approved business requirements.
Perform Business Analysis and documenting A&D sessions.
Translate functional requirements and user stories into FenX configurations with minimal customisation.
Support multi-journey implementations across Corporate, CIB, SME, and Retail onboarding where applicable.
Collaboration & Integration
Work closely with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure end-to- end solution alignment.
Enable integration development by providing task keys, data keys, andconfiguration guidance to interface developers.
Support UAT cycles by resolving configuration defects and clarifying expected system behaviour.
Platform & Compliance Enablement
Apply strong knowledge of KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, and local regulatory requirements within FenX configurations.
Promote and adopt FenX OOTB features in line with the product roadmap to reduce technical debt.
Ensure configurations align with internal governance, audit, and compliance standards.
Support, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Provide L3 configuration support and troubleshooting for production and pre-production environments.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, decisions, and changes.
Stay current with FenX platform releases and proactively recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience configuring Fenergo FenX (SaaS) platform.
Minimum 1+ year of FenX configuration experience.
6–7 years experience in KYC / CLM domain, preferably within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of client onboarding, due diligence, risk classification, and regulatory controls.
Ability to work effectively in agile / delivery squads and cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Fenergo Configuration Certification.
Exposure to multi-country or international rollouts.
Experience supporting interfaces and upstream/downstream integrations.
