Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored consultancy services.
- Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure software meets client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide training and support to clients on Selenium best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and related tools.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other automation tools (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software testing and consultancy.
- Relevant certifications in automation testing (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium Certification) are a plus.
