Job Description
Focus: Build, enhance, and maintain workflow processes on the existing jBPM platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain workflow processes using jBPM for production applications.
Implement workflow logic, human tasks, service tasks, gateways, and exception handling.
Integrate workflows with Java/Spring Boot microservices and backend systems.
Support debugging, performance tuning, and security hardening activities.
Work with the architect to implement standardized workflow patterns and reusable components.
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with jBPM development, process modeling, deployment, and debugging.
Strong Java/Spring Boot development background.
Understanding of workflow lifecycles, state transitions, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
Added Advantage
Experience with orchestration frameworks: Camunda, Activiti, Flowable, Netflix Conductor, Temporal.
Awareness of jBPM vulnerabilities and secure development practices.
Exposure to AWS Step Functions
