Senior Consultant (Transplant Immunology)

Role Overview:

We are seeking aSenior Consultant Transplant Immunology. This role is central to strengthening our transplant diagnostics vertical and ensuring excellence in test quality, clinical relevance, and operational efficiency.

The consultant will lead transplant immunology workflows, provide expert interpretation and clinical consultation, and work closely with clinicians to support transplant decision-making. The role also involves driving quality systems, optimizing laboratory processes, and mentoring technical teams to support scale and standardization.

Qualifications:

1. MD or PhD, or equivalent qualification in Transfusion Medicine & Immunohematology, Transplant Immunology, or a related field
2. Advanced expertise in Transplant Immunology, including HLA and cross-match platforms
3. Hands-on experience in molecular diagnostics and genetic testing workflows
4. Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems and regulatory standards.
5. Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
6. Prior experience in a diagnostic or reference laboratory preferred
