Information Security (Info Sec) -Info Sec prevents, detects,respondsand mitigates cyber-risk,protectingEY and client data, and our information management systems.
The opportunity
This role provides intermediate-level technical support for small to mid-size projects and resolves cross-domain issues it also develops scalable software platforms, defines architecture, and offers guidance on platform capabilities usingexpertisein programming and databases.
Your key responsibilities
Designs, implements, and deploys platforms to support and meet business needs.Identifiesand recommends opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.
Provides intermediate level technical support andmonitorsmultiple technology domains/platformsthrough the use ofmonitoring tools and applications. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of software and infrastructure platforms.
Develops technical standards. Tests and evaluates IT vendor products.
Trains andmentorsstaff and IT project teams, providing guidance and consultation asrequired. Updates, writes, andmaintainsdocumentation for the department.
Administers systems by actively managing patching, routinemaintenanceand backups to include the scheduling and execution of related tasks.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Responsible for the development of software platforms to support various applications.
Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and implements cross-domain and globally scalable software platforms.
Creates product roadmap and defines technical requirements and platform architecture.
Provides technical documentation, guidance, and support on platform capabilities.
Requiresexpertisein software programming languages and database technologies.

To qualifyfor therole,you must have
Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
B.E./B.Techin a related field such as B.E./B.Techin Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Proficiencyin platform design, implementation, and deployment.
Intermediate technical support and infrastructure monitoring capabilities.
Experience with patch management, maintenance, and backup procedures.
Familiarity with software development, debugging, and testing.
Strong knowledge of software programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Ability to mentor and guide project teams and staff.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Experience working with SCCM
Experience with packaging activities
Experience working with Windows environments
Ideally,you'llalso have
Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building,presentationand negotiation skills.
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
