Key Deliverables
• Design, configure, and deploy SAP QM solutions to meet business needs and enhance quality management processes
• Provide production support for the SAP SCM functional area, specializing in QM solution implementation and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with business users, managers, and Quality Management leads to ensure smooth process integration
• Develop and deliver user training documentation and conduct training sessions for users
Role Responsibilities
• Lead the configuration of SAP Quality Management (QM) processes, including Quality Planning, Inspection, and Control
• Ensure seamless integration across modules (QM-PP, QM-MM, QM-SD) and manage related processes like batch management and defect recording
• Conduct research to develop insights and strategic recommendations for clients
• Manage client relationships, communication, and project deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
