What you'll achieve

As a Supply Chain Senior Consultant, you will drive customer satisfaction and business performance by balancing demand, parts availability, logistics capabilities, and cost considerations across high-profile and complex service events throughout the APJ region. You will lead the resolution of critical parts shortages, supply chain disruptions, and customer escalations, minimizing service impacts and accelerating customer recovery. In this role, you will collaborate across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and services organizations to optimize supply, mitigate risk, and deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities

You Will:

• Lead the resolution of complex parts-related customer escalations across APJ, leveraging data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic decision-making
• Serve as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for APJ executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Analyze demand trends, inventory positioning, fulfillment risks, and logistics constraints to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions
• Partner with planning, procurement, logistics, and services teams to improve supply chain responsiveness and customer outcomes
• Drive process improvements and influence cross-functional initiatives that enhance service performance and customer satisfaction
• Deliver consistent, predictable results in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field

• Executive-level communication and presentation skills

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions and organizational levels

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.

  Demonstrated ability to manage executive customer escalations and drive successful outcomes in high-pressure situations

• Strong understanding of Dell Technologies Services, particularly ISG Support operating models and priorities. Proven track record of execution, accountability, and delivering measurable business results

Desired Requirements

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent)

• Experience partnering cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, trade and compliance, quality, and logistics teams

• Knowledge of service supply chain planning, inventory management, and global logistics operations
